Edges of counter are chipping because of improper edging .Do not pay in advance. Look elsewhere for your counter tops Others I know have had the same experience

Building a new house, I'm looking for at least 8 counter tops. I've gone by this establishment several times. Being mobility challenged, I've noticed on each drive by a your company car is in the handicap parking. Evidently you don't want business from mobility challenged people. Guess what....you lose.

I own a restoration company that provides emergency services to the Big Island. We care for our clients and vendors and believe communication is a vital part of a successful relationship and business ethics. I am sad to say that our experience with Davis Tile & Marble was far from positive. Gary started off well and showed up at the job site of our client for the first appointment. After that, the service went downhill. He has yet to provide any updates, nor did he return any calls for several weeks. Shannon did answer a couple of calls and was friendly. Gary never followed up. I finally got an answer from Shannon that Gary does not have the time to take care of us. It took almost a month to get that info. That put us way behind and cost our client and us a lot of wasted time. I do not rec

Very poor communication and delay after delay! Paid the deposit on slab and signed contract in June. Countertop was installed Jan 10th the following year! They promised to compensate for the delays by repairing damaged tiles for free (in October) and then at install denied that they had promised that and left us to find and pay additional tile person. At one point they had the full payment and could not even provide an installation date, and said the slab was not even on island. Not sure how they have remained in business all these years but I do not recommend them.

It started out well. But as of today I'm going elsewhere. Came out once to measure then said had to come for exact. What were the first for? I did get a quote but wanted half down at next measure . I waited from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. with no show no call. I tried to call, but the office never answered. After going back and checking reviews I guess I dodged a bullet
