Very poor experience. Scott redid our hardwood floors in the vineyard in June. We were concerned about the floors splitting a couple weeks later. I tried to txt him and he said some awful and unprofessional words to us through text message. We have all messages saved. Said his job was completed and would not look at the work he had done to fix anything. We paid for 4 coats which was a lot more money. However, it looks like he used 1-2 coats and the floors are splitting in the middle with no coats. We tried to call and email him for weeks and he didn’t respond. We paid him thousands of dollars and he disappeared and would not back up his work. We have dealt with many many contractors and never had a contractor take our money and treat us poorly, say awful words in a text message, and tell

Hired Scott to refinish the entire first floor of our home and to repair two areas that had damage. After weekly rentals in the summer for the past 13 years, it was pretty beat up. Scott and his crew did a fantastic job, the floor looks like the day it was installed. I could not be happier and will use him again in a few years when we plan on doing some remodeling.

Scott answered his phone immediately, called us back whenever needed and always followed up. He was able to show up the next day and was very polite. We used him eight years ago on a project and he remembered my family and took care of our situation. I can't highly recommend this company enough.
