We were getting an error message on our dryer saying there was a blockage, so I called on a Wednesday afternoon to have our dryer ducts cleaned. On Thursday, Dawson Air Duct Cleaning company dispatched Greg and another person to provide an estimate. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what the issue was, gave me a quote, and scheduled the cleaning for the next day, Friday. Everyone was on time, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were successful in removing a birds nest from our ductwork, and the process was painless for us. I got the best duct cleaning company. Wow! I got a phone call 30 minutes before with the ETA. They found construction debris in my ducts and cleaned also the horrible furnace blower. Now I can feel better about breathing in better air. Very helpful guys. Kudos!
