Day Wireless Systems

I've rented from Day three or so times, and every time the customer service has been bad. Some equipment is almost always broken in some way. This last time I sent two in two quote requests, chatted with a live person, who I then emailed with and said he sent my request to the VP of sales, who never emailed me. I finally emailed him again, asking if they would give me a quote or not so I could go with someone else and never replied. Bearcom or TCS is much better for this area.

The staff here is absolutely incredible! Their new assistant manager is just what they needed to become the leaders of the communications industry!!!! I recommend every company big and small call Daywireless!!!!!!

These are the experts that I've depended on for 20 years. They're definitely professional problem solvers. Everything from radio repairs to creative purchasing options to fit within a budget. Highly recommend!

Service has been exceptionally poor compared to how they've been in the past. Poor quality control on the installs, hard to communicate with, laden with excuses.
