When I brought my house, a few rooms had fairly new lt. beige carpets, so I decided to keep them for a while. I wanted them clean before move in. I found DC Carpets on Thumbtack app. They booked the job via text and gave price based off of pictures I sent. I asked if they could come out and do a walk through first. They assured me that the pictures would suffice and proceeded to text my price. One of the rooms had a red stain on the carpet (which they knew about). It wouldn’t lift with the basic washing. They had to come back another day and attack the stain more aggressively. They charged me for this return. When they saw the size of the basement, they increased the price. Billy and Colin were extremely kind, fast, and thorough. Very efficient - will absolutely use them in the future. My rugs look brand new and smell fresh, which I needed as my puppy took a little while to house train.
