This gentleman might do great work, but I wouldn’t know because when I tried to describe the furniture repair that I needed over the phone he refused to listen and demanded that I pay him a $75 assessment fee. When I asked if I could just give him a little bit more information so that I could determine if it was worth him coming out and performing the assessment he hung up on me. Maybe he was just having a bad day, in which case I hope his things go better for him in the future, but based on this customer service experience I will not be returning to him for business, nor would I recommend this service to anyone else.
