DDI Southeast - Construction & Air Conditioning

We sub contracted for one of their jobs in Palm Harbor - FL 34684. Since we sent the invoice we have not heard from Derek - Owner -the lady that answers the calls has blocked us and Derek assures that he will have accounting call us when we call from a different number and immediately blocks all our numbers. This is been going since Nov of 2024. They have not paid us a penny. We have filed a lien on the property - Unfortunately the homeowner has to suffer due to their scam - We are persuing Legal law suit as well on DDI Construction - Unethical business operator

I have emailed in on 2 seperate occasions with no response from your company. In both emails, I have asked that you all would address your employee & ask her to stop feeding the feral cats in our surrounding neighborhood. She's not even feeding them at your business ( that would be bad for business, right? ) She's walking across the street & dropping food at a neighbors & leaving the paper plates/trash which I brought up in the first email. As of today, she upgraded to nicer containers. We put these back in your porch. She does not have to live here & deal with the repercussions of these feral cats. My AC went out after hours. I called Jeffrey with DDI. He was able to diagnosis my AC right away. My part was ordered ASAP and in less than 24 hours I had AC again. Jeffrey was professional and prompt with communication and updates regarding part arrival. He answered all of my questions and explained my warranty. I will use him in the near future to add a dehumidifier system to my AC unit. Highly recommend this company.

I have had multiple HVAC companies come out due to cooling issues with our downstairs. Jeffrey was the first to tell me the condenser unit was not large enough to support the forced air unit. We recently purchased this 2014 constructed home so this came as a surprise and in my opinion, an oversight by the builder and previous owners. Jeffrey explained the entire situation, answered all of my questions, provided me great direction, and answered additional questions unrelated to the issue at hand. He was the first honest person to tell me the reality of the situation. I will use him and his team as my preferred vendor and highly recommend!

We went to DDI Southeast with a plan to remove the old roof and install a new metal roof, mini splits and new water heaters in our rental duplex. To my surprise it was a one stop shop with timely completion of the whole project at a fair price. The installers came as scheduled and were courteous and cooperative at all times.
