Always helpful and try’s to save you money. I have learned a lot from him. He could have ripped me off like other pool people on the mountain, but didn’t. His chemicals aren’t cheap, but if it’s something basic, he has directed me to Walmart or Lowe’s every time! Now that we (my wife mostly) is on top of the chemicals, thanks to his advice. I buy most chemicals from him to support local. I figure I owe him and he actually saved us that much. Thanks brother

Kind gentleman at counter. Does not sell muriatic acid due to some crazy state requirements. Directed me to a local store that does sell it. But they sell a weak version at an inflated price. Next trip out of state will have an extra item on my shopping list as it is better quality and half the price.

Very knowledgeable and always willing to explain and teach. They were also willing to troubleshoot my Dolphin robot as to why it wasn't working, identified the problem, and ordered the part I needed to replace.

Nightmare Phone call!! Charge me $0.50 extra salad dressing. I called. Charge was because I ordered light ice. I said didn't show up on the screen when I ordered. Manager said she didn't have to tell me what she was charging me. That this was the orders that had been handed down from above and that she had to follow them. that customers didn't need to be knowing that they were being charged extra for getting no ice. And that it was really none of my business. You can imagine I had a kind word to say to her over that. And what's even funny is I ordered Light ice not no ice and they gave me none. Now they're the ones that made their coat prices a dollar. Any size. It's free refills. but they're taking advantage of the drive-thru by charging an extra 50 cents she said because she has to put m
