"They saved my life" As everyone knows, it is very hard to get repaired right away on Big Island. I had emergency leak and had to call about 10 plumbing companies. I understand everyone is very busy, but they all told me whether it is emergency or not, they are not able to come right away, later tonight or tomorrow or some told me in few days. I called De Silva, and first, they were so nice and caring, which made me little calm and relief, as I was just panicking, as my storage was getting flooded. They told me they were going to get hold of someone and within 30 minutes, they arrived and fixed the issues. They are very dependable and caring. The plumber is a wonderful worker and is fast, neat and accurate from everything I can tell. However, the billing practices are questionable. I was overcharged on both the part and the time. Am still undecided as to how to handle this.
