Dean Custom Air

I would like to give Mr. Horace with Dean's a kudos. Mr. Horace was really patient and thorough. He understood that I am a first time, new build homeowner and he took the time to explain what I can expect from my system, what is and is not covered under the warranty, respected my home and time and provided great tips on keeping my unit in great working condition. He was on-time and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before leaving the premises. His customer service is impeccable and I am grateful that he was my technician on Friday!

Had a technician perform routine six month maintenance on my HVAC. Upon entering the attic, he tore the trim off the entrance to the attic and haphazardly tried to repair it. It looked terrible. I told him it was unacceptable. He claimed that he called Dean Custom Air and informed them of the situation. He said someone would be calling me within a few hours or the next day. No one ever called so I called them. When I talked to them, they said they would let their service manager know. No one ever called me back and obviously had no response. I had to get a friend to repair it. Now I'm in the process of having to repaint the trim. This is terrible business!!!

My review doesn’t reflect the service of this company but one of their drivers. This guy ran me off the road when I was in the far right lane on 278. I laid on my horn the whole time and even in passing him, when I passed him he was laughing and looking at me. So absolutely no remorse and it wasn’t an accident that he cut me off and caused me to drive off onto the side of the road to avoid him. Shameful and reckless.

They had a knowledgeable and friendly service technician come out the same day that I called, and he had my heater fixed in no time! The price was much less than I expected, too! Will call them again in the future if something comes up.

Called Friday morning with an issue with cooling and was promised same day service. Was very impressed that a Technician arrived at 7:15 pm. Matt spent a generous amount of time in the attic looking for the issue. Offered a diagnosis and ordered the replacement parts and said the office will follow up next week with install date. I know service demand is high and I’m very impressed that Dean Custom Air fulfilled their commitment even as the day ended. There was a follow up call at 4:55pm verifying that I was still on the schedule to be seen that day. Many thanks to Matt and all the staff at Dean Custom Air for superior service.
