Dean went way above and beyond to locate pieces of parquet flooring that I needed in order to replace some that had been water-damaged. I had the parquet floor installed many years ago and it was no longer on the market. I searched high and low to no avail. I don't know how he did it, but I know it was not easy.
He didn't show up. Total flake. I'd love to support small business but when you call Lowe's they show up.
