Dearman Pump

I'm very pleased with Dearman Pumps. They replaced my well pump and installed a 5000 gallon storage tank. Both the folks in the office and the techs in the field were friendly and knowledgeable.The whole project took 2 days and was significantly less expensive than the other quotes. There were 3 minor issues that required call backs and they were taken care of quickly. Recommended.

Tech was professional and nice enough, got my system fixed, for 500$ (slightly pricey for what was done but they did it on the weekend) Biggest gripe is the tech took my failed part with out my permission, 5 minutes after he left, he would not bring it back but insisted he take it to turn it in for warrantied replacement. Now 6 weeks later they refuses to give me either the replacement they got or the original. This is a 225$ part that I could have easily repaired. I personally think this was just another way for them to increase their profits I Have experience with 3 other local pump companies and Dearman is not the worst you could choose but, this is last time I will ever use them. If they had not installed the system 6 weeks before my issue I would not have given them a shot.

The absolute worst company to work with. Unresponsive and disrespectful of property. They threw our furniture and broke the legs off, threw other items to get to the well instead of moving it or asking for it to be moved. Left cigarette butts all over the workspace. Have had ENDLESS water issues and the work they completed leaks. Save yourself a nightmare and use someone else.

BEWARE!!! LIARS AND THIEVES!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! Told us $4000 in parts alone were bad and then took our parts without our knowledge or permission. After days without water we had to go to their house (they no longer have a shop, don’t let them lie to you about that either. The phone numbers are forwarded to cell phones) to get our parts back. Got a 2nd opinion. The parts they took were actually good and our well issue was able to be fixed for $1000 including labor within hours that same day. Not to mention none of the parts they said were bad were even the issue. We have now heard they go around town taking good parts from people by telling them they are bad and then reselling them to others. (This is only one of the many scam

Very unprofessional work, communication, and won’t fix their mistakes. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit for their lousy well work and putting home owners in extremely dangerous positions. The showed up for a well not working. They tore apart the pump house, broke the well pipe, and wiring while almost killing the home owner. He said he couldn’t do anything else, charged her $600 and left everything broken and torn apart. I contacted the owner and he said he couldn’t do anything else. There are plenty of other companies that will do good work and not take advantage of women and old men. Find someone else.
