I went in with an. Outdoor spigot handle that was too big. Your counter salesperson picked the perfect fit. I found her very knowledgeable and courteous.

Pulled up looking for a replacement part during working hours. There was a crude sign in the window saying "Closed for Inventory", but I could see people working in the store. OK, fine. I held up my broken part and the guy behind the glass door shooed me away with his hand. Just amazing to run a service business and treat your customers like they're a nuisance. They could have at least answered a question or treated me as something other than an annoyance. Won't be giving these guys my business.

I left a bad review of this store yesterday because they were closed for inventory when I had all the water shut off to my house and needed urgent parts. I would like to retract my negative review. I was frustrated and pushed for time. I do not know the people who own or work for this store, but if they are as nice as the lady I talked to outside the store yesterday, they deserve your business. I am sorry that I was rude. I recommend this business!!

I came to Decatur plumbing with an issue and these people are top notch! They are very helpful took the time out to figure out what I needed and got me all my parts. Please support this local company we need more people like this in the world. You got my business for life

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, very professional and so nice. The fellas are always kind but the lady that works here she’s the best.🙂
