Deck Guardian

Deck Guardian did a great job building a massive new deck for us. They started work when there was 3 feet of snow from the January 2026 snow storm. They hand shoveled 3 feet of snow across an area about 1,500 square feet, in single digit temperatures to start the project. And completed the deck in less than 3 weeks. Their team is very responsive from the proposal stage all the way through to finish. Can’t wait to use the deck later this year

We had a deck built by Deck Guardian. We went with them because of the good reviews, the price quote process and design selection were more detailed. Their software application provided all the information we need, which made design and financial decisions seamlessly. We were not disappointed with the end product. The builders were efficient and very professional. The install went quick and smooth, including the inspection. Everything in the agreed design and product used were followed. I would highly recommend them to friends and families.

Overall, happy with the deck build. Workers were efficient and professional. The main reason for 4 stars is due to the fact that there was cement residue left on my existing patio (connecting to the new deck) which the guys were unable to remove after returning to try to remove it. Could have been prevented if some prep was performed to protect the existing patio. Had a power wash company come out (at my expense) to try to remove the residue which they were only 90% successful at doing. Perhaps if a project manager was onsite that could have also helped. Otherwise, happy with the deck and the communication throughout the process.

Deck Guardian did a fabulous job of replacing the flooring and railings of my 22-year-old deck. They helped me select the ideal materials, provided guidance and support every step of the way, and even came back after the work was complete to help me install the new pole for my bird feeder. The workers were professional, highly competent and dedicated to their craft. They worked long hours in 90+ degree heat and completed all the work in just 3 days. The before and after photos capture why I am so delighted that I chose Deck Guardian!
