I was at work when my roof was being replaced. Project Mgr Milan kept me informed via phone calls starting at 7a.m. through every step as the crew progressed, which I loved because not being home I thought I would be anxious, surprisingly I was calm as could be. I arrived home about 2 hours before the crew finished and they were so nice they were respectful and the clean up was as if they were never here. GREAT JOB, GREAT CREW, GREAT PROJECT MANAGER!

The roofers were obviously experienced, working together in a quick, efficient manner. They paid attention to details, and knew how to address the different shaped sections of my little old house. I especially appreciated the time and care given to ensuring the chimney flashing was just right. They arrived early, started on time, and were polite and professional at all times. Clean up was continuous, as each phase completed, and repeated sweeps were done at the end to make sure no garbage and no nails were left behind.

Definitely happy with our decision to go with MLM for our roof. From the start with Charles being so helpful and making sure he answered all questions we had thru the process. Keeping in touch during the installation. Then Milan and his crew were amazing. Showed up first thing in morning and kept working until the job was done. Clean up was great. Communication from Milan thru the day was amazing. He kept us updated on the progress. Thank you again Charles, Milan and crew!

MLM provided a complete end to end roof replacement experience. Excellent communications to the day of the install. From Mike Jones to Milan, project manager, who checked in with me every few hours to make sure i was happy and satisfied. They came by 6:30a in the morning and was done with my roof before 5pm. They covered everything and cleaned up everything including down to the debris of the old roof tiles. I am completely happy with them and would absolutely give MLM and their team members a 5- Star Rating!!!!
