Renting in Deerfield , my vents were never vacuumed/ cleaned for 8 years. Finally they did for me. ( lucky me) The gentleman was very courteous, on time, and did a great job. He took off every vent cover, cleaned them, then put something inside that my place smells like a W Hotel. Highly recommend! ( btw, nine vent covers in total)

My landlord contacted this company to provide a second opinion and quote for repairs on the damage from a leak in our bedroom that returned every time it rained. The worker came out and checked the moisture in the drywall of the ceiling before claiming it wasn’t wet, we did not have mold, and he was not willing to go into the attic. I paid out of pocket for an air quality and swab test that proved we had mold and when I should him the results of the test he just said “wow”. Three hours earlier, a separate company came out and found the exact moisture Deco Dry missed, climbed into the attic finding the source of the roof leak and documented the soaked drywall AND insulation. When provided the service, this company - while somewhat impolite at times, is nothing more but adamant and thorough with their inspections. As far as I can tell, they're nothing more but honest people that are able to maintain trust along with giving a thorough explanation on what they do alongside giving more information (when prompted) about the technology they use. Even then, they really do provide a 24 hour service, although they'll probably be annoyed since late night calls sucks for manual labor. All in all, Deco dry is really great. For the prices that they charge, for the management, I wholeheartedly recommend this buisness.
