Deep Cleaners Chicago

I requested a heavy duty deep cleaning prior to my wife having surgery. The team was two hours late the first day and then didn’t address more than half of the services I was told would happen. They sent the team back the next day to do a full reclean. Instead they only addressed the handful of things I’d sent photos of the day before. The team broke a piece of art and denied it, despite me having photo evidence that it was not broken prior to the cleaning. The second day they locked my cat in a closet for three hours where she peed and pooped. They also left oily dishes stacked and soaking in the sink that I could not salvage. Their middle management team has confirmed that all of these errors are on their end and that the owner would call me to discuss making it right but never did! They

WOW! If you want your home to actually sparkle, then you must call this company! I have had a cleaner for many years, but needed a real deep clean as I am moving. Jackie and Laura were here for hours, and when I looked around upon them leaving, I was absolutely astounded! Never has my house looked so bright and as spotless. I was so excited to see my home look brand new. Also, the folks at the Deep Clean Chicago communicated with me at every step of rhe way, which is quite rare these days. I recommend them 100%!

Deep Cleaners Chicago did an incredible job getting my home ready before Thanksgiving. I was hosting this year and really stressed about the house, so I booked a cleaning with them a few days before the holiday. It made such a big difference. The team arrived on time, worked carefully, and left everything looking spotless. My family even commented on how clean and fresh the house felt. It took so much pressure off and made hosting so much easier. I’m really grateful for the work they did and will definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommend!

Great service and a great job on a move out clean! Gabby and team were easy to work with and very responsive providing a quote and scheduling the appointment. They quoted a very reasonable price for a move out clean. She was also quick to respond to any questions or requests. On the day of the appointment, the team was delayed due to their previous appointment, but they kept me updated on their ETA, which I really appreciated. Laura and her team did a wonderful job cleaning the house. Huge kudos to the work done on the fridge and stove! The house hasn't looked this good in a while! I'm very pleased with the work that was done and will be booking with them again for my next house cleaning!

DCC- did an amazing job with my apartment! They were super friendly, quick, and left the place smelling fresh and looking brand new. They even took care of small details I didn’t expect, like organizing my counters and wiping down baseboards. I’ll definitely be booking them again.
