I have never had packers move my stuff, I have always been scared of them mishandling sentimental items. Roger and Tom handled my late husbands ashes with the up most respect. Jimmy and Miguel were very efficient and friendly. Dave was who I coordinated with the most but Joe took accountability of my items. By the time they were done packing I felt like they were part of my family too. I’m so glad these group of gentlemen assisted me with my transition out of Wisconsin. They left me with peace of mind and I didn’t harto lift a finger. It was a seamless process. I highly recommend Lake County Movers to anyone making a move big or small.

Pedro and Zach were on time and called ahead to make sure we were ready. They were quick to unload and made sure everything was safe and taken to the correct rooms. They were patient, kind and very funny which made the whole process a lot smoother! This was our first time PCSing and it was a pleasant experience! 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience! So grateful for Dave, Tom, Orlando, Matt, Jackson, and Krys! Not only did they move my things quickly but with lots of care. Constantly double checking if I wanted to keep commonly things most people need out- and noticing things that I didn’t. Everyone down to the most junior were well skilled and took great care of my belongings. Would definitely recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about Joe, Dave, and Tom from Lake County Movers (Benkin, Waukegan). From the moment they walked in, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They worked fast but never rushed me. They asked thoughtful questions, clarified what should and should not be packed, and actually saved me from accidentally shipping items I needed to keep out. That attention to detail meant everything during a stressful move. They were organized, communicative, and clearly experienced. They explained what I could bring, what I couldn’t, and kept the entire process running smoothly. At the same time, they were personable and easy to talk to. What could have been a very stressful day felt comfortable and manageable because of their professionalism and demeanor.

I hope this review reaches many, because my experience with this company was exceptional. My family and I have had horrific moving experiences in the past, but once I saw Jeremy strap my dresser to his back and Haseem right behind him with my loveseat, I knew I was in good hands. The apartment stairs were brutal but these guys didn’t complain once, rather they had positive attitudes and we even had a few laughs along the way. A very enjoyable experience with the moving team of Jeremy, Zach and Haseem. Highly recommended!!
