Restoration 1 of Waukegan did a great job with our restoration after significant water damage to our basement and bathroom. They were efficient and had competitive quotes. Everyone was polite and hard working. Leo was extremely responsive and professional. Very happy with the work done! Would definitely work with them in the future!

Leo has been a pleasure to work with! He was able to come by on less than 24hrs notice to give us a quote to help get a smell out of our home. Leo was honest, patient and very knowledgeable about his craft. We just bought a home where the previous owners had cats and he was able to point us in the right direction. He also helped with some mold mitigation as well. We would recommend Leo and his team to anyone needing assistance with these issues.

We had a sprinkler pipe break at 5 a.m.. and Restoration One was there promptly to reduce the damage by addressing the water issues with urgency. They communicated well, were very responsive to our needs, were sensitive to our emotions and did a world class job. I would definitely use them again. Kudos to Leo in particular. He is awesome!

We've had great experience with Leo and his team. The first time they came out, instead of unnecessarily charging us for work, they complimented us on our own mitigation work and went on to the next job. Recently we had two emergency clean-up events and they got someone out in short order to clean up, sanitize and put our minds at ease. Recommended!
