We have an older home and were concerned about implications of updating lighting in the bedroom. Jeff came over and was incredibly thorough in giving us options, highlighting any risks, and consulting us on the best options for our space. He gave us an estimate on the spot including three different scenarios and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision in that moment. Jeff and Deep are a great team - we’ll definitely be using for our project!

Be aware before using this company. I’m a woman homeowner and my electric water heater stays hot for about 20 minutes before turning cold. The technician only opened the breaker panel, looked at it for a couple minutes, and claimed there was “faulty wiring,” quoting about $800 to $4597 without doing any real diagnostic testing on the heater. I paid the $70 dispatch fee but declined the repair and will be getting a second opinion.

Jeff from Deep Electric did an excellent job diagnosing why my breaker kept tripping. He went above and beyond to quickly identify the issue and replace the broken key. He was professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the process. I really appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend Deep Electric.

Paid over $1,700 to fix kitchen lights. All failed shortly after and additional lights stopped working, and follow-up has been poor. I hired this company to repair my kitchen lights. The technician said the issue was faulty wiring and replaced 3 of the kitchen lights, (I thought all were going to be replaced). A few days after the tech “fixed” them, all kitchen lights went out again plus both a laundry room light and a patio light—which had been working perfectly before the visit—were no longer working. I contacted the company and they sent the technician back. On the return visit, the patio light was fixed and the kitchen lights were “restored”, but now one of the kitchen lights went out again and the laundry room light is still not working.
