Zero commitment to the client, I bought a flooring stapler. and no tracking code and nothing needed it on Monday as it was written that it would arrive Monday... it was okay until I saw that it had been more than two days and had no screening update... I sent an email asking if it was just a screening failure and did not respond and at 10 p.m. They make the cancellation simple like this, without warning without explanations if there was no stock or something like that, they just don't care about the customer.

Do not order from this company! I placed an order and weeks later Ive still got nothing. No tracking number, no product, no communication. Ive emailed with no response, Ive called and inquired about my order and the guy found my order and knew my name and then just hung up on me and would never pick up the phone after that. Very unprofessional behavior. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered character grade red oak. Wanted longer boards which is why we went to them. Floors got installed and to my disdane many were very short. A lot under 18" which i hate. I talked to Mr. Defaria who immediately offered to come, rip it all out and replace. Integrity like that is rare!!! I said no for now, we got it sealed, stained and two coats of varithane......now i love it. You can't go wrong with these guys. I don't have any photos to share but eat your heart out gorgeous!!!

This is such a great business! From the moment you walk in you're greeted by a friendly staff and they have anything you can imagine for your diy or professional flooring/wood needs. Aside from that they have car rentals that beat any prices in the Jersey shore without a hefty deposit. Great company would totally recommend

Would give Negative stars if possible. Do not rent any vehicle from them they do not do any maintenance and when you break down they’re gonna leave you hanging to clean up their mess. I rented a vehicle from them paid almost $1000 for a rental and the piece of garbage died on a Saturday and they did nothing for me I had to figure out my own towel a second rental from another company and figure out fixing their piece of garbage so I could get it back to them. Also they illegally sell harbor freight tools that you can buy for cheaper at Harbor freight do not do business with the scam artistS
