For a new home owner, this new build has been more than I could’ve asked for. From sturdy details overall(like baseboards throughout including stairwells), high end appliances, practical layout, a large garage…etc. Brian(builder) gave me his contact day one of “walk-throughs” and has kept in contact ever since. He constantly makes sure contractors follow through with any concerns I have had within these past six months of homeownership. He has also made gentle reminders of to-do timelines with home maintenance. I’m grateful for the quality build and the quality in service I’ve been provided.

In 2021, we bought a newly constructed Del Boca Vista spec home in Newberg, OR. The building design fits into the neighborhood and the construction is sound. Brien Jerrel is a dream to work with. He is experienced, knowledgeable, reliable and brings a “can do” attitude to everything he does. He always responded in a timely manner to our questions and ideas. He is patient and explains things comprehensively and well. Brian helped us complete some extra projects inside the house that we initiated to align with our personal preferences. We recommend highly Del Boca Vista as a builder and Brien as a highly qualified project manager. We are very happy with our house and have only good memories of our work with Brien.
