Great Customer Service! Had a small issue with our laminate flooring that they gorgeously installed 2 yrs ago, and they came out and fixed it in 10 minutes, no charge!

My wife and I recently bought a home that needed around 2200-2300 sq ft of carpet. We reached out to 3-4 flooring companies and found that Norman’s was not only better in price than some of the bigger carriers. The quality of the carpet is much better as well. I find it quite rare that the lowest price matched up with the highest quality product and service. Wow! The installation crew missed a small patch of carpet that we needed installed. I called Tim and they had someone out immediately to install the area that was missed. That was a very impressive turnaround! We are very impressed and pleased with Norman’s. We had the pleasure of working with Tim. He was fantastic! 😄 I am sure we will be back down the road.

Walked in to look at flooring for my home and front desk lady didn’t seem friendly and semi helpful, I called in to get a quote same lady answered and transferred me to another person without letting me know, he let me know that he will get me quote and i’m still waiting. Considering how their customer service isn’t the greatest i wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.

I really appreciate Tim, Matt, and the team for always stepping up and serving my clients well, and in a very timely manner.

We are very pleased with Norman's Flooring with their installation of our new hardwood floors, kitchen countertops, sink and backsplash. They were easy to work with and beyond professional. They provided a schedule and details of all the work to be performed. Without a doubt, we'd use them again for another project. Highly recommend them to anyone.
