Super helpful and prompt. Locked my key in the vehicle with it running through a fluke series of events. He came out and got me back on the road inside of 20 minutes, and his rate was very reasonable for a nighttime rescue. Thank you!

Exceeded all expectations. Fastest response time I have ever experienced using AAA. I locked the only key I had to a car I had just purchased in it. ERS, showed up with the quickness and had my car unlocked quicker. The car came only with valet key, I was able to set an appointment with ERS LOCKSMITH, and now have two master keys, at 1/3 the cost I had expected. Very fair, honest and dependable. Called a couple places looking for a good price after locking my keys in my car. The first couple attempts resulted in call centers and asking for contact info just to get a call back with a quote. Then I tried ERS and they actually answered their own phone and quoted me a price right then and there. The came out quickly and got the job down for a reasonable price. Don’t waste your time elsewhere, just use ERS!
