Del Duca & Son Well & Pump

I can not say enough about how great Jim is. First off he worked with our schedule which is very difficult and when he first came to assess the problem with our well he was very knowledgeable and told us what was wrong and how we could fix it. Problem was we had a leak in the pipe leading from our pump to the house and it was coming up through our well head and also we ended up replacing the pump itself for preventative maintenance(We decided to do that no pressure from Jim). We got an excavator brought to the house and Jim and his coworker helped us every step of the repair process. He was very generous and understanding that we had just moved into the house only a month ago and worked with us on pricing. Once again I can not say enough what a great person he is. Thank you Jim. Put a new pump in my well which lasted ten years when most last 25 to 30 years. When I called to talk regarding the work he wouldn't speak with myself because "this is how I make my living" is what he said. So even though I paid him 800.00 to do a job customer service must not be included in the fee. I should of known better when I had to help him pull the pump out of the well because he couldn't do it on his own.

They truly understood your well needs. They stuck a cute little sticker on my brand new tank... it says over 50 years in buisness. I truly believe this because this is the best quality well care I've ever intercepted. Thank you Jimmy for your wonderful work. If I ever have a problem you will be the first I will call and I will be referring my peers to your 5 star buisness.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Did not fix my well after cracking it and making it leak constantly from the lid! I will be calling better business bureau!! I advise not to hire Jim Del Duca for services!! He said he "gave me a deal" but in the end created a bigger problem for my well and refused to fix it.

Horrible service my car was sitting for 3 weeks and has not been fixed they are very rude and disrespectful they don't know how to talk to people.
