Owner David did a crawlspace inspection, as I was concerned about some water I found. He recommended several improvements to the space. We just had Chris here to clean our sump pump and add a pump monitor. He did a great job with the installation, connecting it to WiFi, and showing us how to use the app. It’s great peace of mind to actually be able to know what is happening with the sump pump and how it is working. Highly recommend this company.

We had our annual crawlspace inspection. Service was fine. But we only got about an hour notice prior to the visit so we are not able to be home when the inspection was done. We like to be at home so we can discuss any issues with the inspector if any thing is found. Happy with Delaware Crawl Space Company.
