DelFera & Son Heating & Air Conditioning

We contacted DelFera & Son as our heater stopped working in 9 degree temps. Tom Jr. was very responsive and provided us immediate options. He and his team were personable and professional throughout the process. Due to the age of our system and the cost of repairs, we opted for a replacement. They had the new system installed within 3 days of our initial call. We are up and running and very pleased with the service and system we received. Thank you!

Excellent service. I had another company come out, they quoted me $2400 and left without providing heat. Fran from DelFera and Son came out and within 1.5 hours I had heat. Needcd more work which was done promptly and at about half the price of the other company.

All around great experience. A very polite and helpful person (Nancy)answered the phone when I called, told me she would check on availability and call back soon. She did and the tech arrived the same day ( I know this isn’t always possible but nice when it happens). The tech ( Greg) was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Seems like a solid company to deal with so we’re signing up for a maintenance plan.

I called DelFera in desperation after dealing with another local vendor FOR DAYS. It was snowy and cold and we had no heat. The original vendor wanted us to disregard our warranty and to purchase a brand new unit. DelFera made quick contact with the Marketing Rep who invoiced my furnace at no cost to me. DelFera got me scheduled to install the unit for labor cost alone. The Company was easy to work with and replied promptly to all of my frenzied phone calls. I wish I had contacted them first!
