I was looking to have my portable generator power my electric box as well as have an extra 20amp circuit and outlet for my garage. From the original visit to assess and quote to the final visit of doing the work, their service was impeccable. The office stayed in touch with me every step of the way on when the technicians would arrive and even when the original appointment had to be rescheduled by them because of materials not arriving, they let me know immediately. Paul, who did the installation, was professional, neat and quick. He didn’t even mind the dogs continuously barking while he worked. He answered any questions that I had and walked me through the steps to use the new interlock switch. Once completed he left my garage in the same condition as it was when he arrived, except

I'm not entirely sure what is happening with the generator service side of this place, but it's been a pretty awful time as a customer. It took us 2 weeks to get ahold of anyone (left messages and everything) and then an additional 4 weeks to get anyone out here once we were able to get ahold of someone. Well, the appointment day arrived and no one showed up. We assumed it was because of the snow and had 0 issues with a reschedule, but we weren't called. We had to call and ask what was happening because no one bothered to communicate with us. The woman we spoke to apologized for the lack of communication and clarified that we were rescheduled for the following day. Well, following day comes and the tech (who was very polite and professional) who came out told us that he can't work on our

Excellent service from Anthony and everyone at New London Electric. He quickly and safely relocated and added an outlet for a remodeling project. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Anthony and helper were very punctual, arrived at 7:30 as promised. Installed 4 light fixtures and whole house surge protector. Very considerate of surroundings in the house, guarded against mishaps and were very tidy. His assistant was having his first day on the job, just graduated from tech school. They work well together and I was glad to see Anthony was being patient and instructive with him. We need young people being encouraged to enter the trades for people like me that can't put a nut on a bolt! They were done by noon. When next electrical issue arises I will call New London Electric. Tony was great. He was prompt, thorough, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and was able to finish the job quicker than the estimated time. I could not possibly recommend him and New London any higher, and would call them again without hesitation.
