I chose Strickland Chimney Sweeps based on their excellent reviews I found on Google and found them be very accurate! It was a pleasure doing business with Sam from the very first phone call. He answered on my first call and scheduled a visit for about a month or so from that date. Since it was already well into the fall season I felt this was reasonable. The week of the appointment Sam ran into a delay on a previous job and he was prompt in calling and rescheduling my appointment for one day later. Very courteous, very professional. The day of show he arrived at exactly the appointed time. He was friendly and respectful of our home, laying out protective coverings at the door and fireplace. I can highly recommend Sam and his work. He is professional and hardworking, he clearly knows his stuff and he's a person who is comfortable to have around your home. He gladly answered my questions and gave good advice. He came to clean and inspect and later on to install a new wood-burning insert. I'm very happy with his work.
