Go with Delicate Moving! Our overall experience on a long distance move from the Dallas area (Frisco) to the Houston area (Tomball) was very positive. The moving crew was very helpful in using every inch of our temporary apartment garage as storage for our belongings until our new house was completed four months later. Unfortunately, as occasionally happens in any move, a cabinet had been damaged that we did not discover until we moved from our apartment to our new home months later. James, the owner, graciously offered to pay to get the damaged cabinet repaired which we did. The check for over $200 to reimburse us for the completed repair arrived yesterday. My moving experience with Delicate Moving was surreal. I booked with them two days before my move. They called me a day earlier letting me know they had an earlier time slot available because they knew I desired to get moved into my home ASAP. Cynthia, my moving specialist, was very clear and highly responsive regarding pricing, company policies, and what to expect on moving day. Justin and his crew were the exact same way before and throughout the moving process. Super friendly people, who gave me peace of mind during this demanding life transition. Delicate Moving was awesome. From start to finish we were pleased. Not only were they accommodating with our schedule, the communication was excellent. We even got reminders for our upcoming move and all calls and texts were answered immediately. The two man crew was fantastic. They were on time, polite, careful and got the job done very quickly. They were professional in every every way. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs moving services.

This is the 4th time I have used Delicate Moving to move me. They are always very professional and take great care when moving my belongings. All the crew are so nice and have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I have recommended their service to many of my friends and family and would never consider using any one else. Dominic and Dave moved me. They were professional, happy, jovial and hard working. They were so careful with my possessions. I cannot imagine a better experience. At the destination they put the glass inside a china cabinet that they did not move. I was impressed of their knowledge about furniture. Thank you Dominic and Dave!
