Matt was great arrived a few minutes after the time but we had been contacted he was running late. Identified the problem with our dryer and fixed it on the spot stayed to make sure it was operating properly. Excellent service he will be my go to guy on the future. Hard to find honest repair people and he definitely fit that bill. Price was also reasonable. My wife is now happy!

Forgive me for not knowing the workings of a dryer. I paid $312 to have a blower repaired on my stack dryer, and silly me, I assumed that the job was complete and the dryer would dry clothes. Well, it doesn't. I just reached out to the repair man, Matt, who was extremely short with me and started to get aggressive and defensive about the dryer that still doesn't work , before he hung up on me! WOW! Very mature. When I called back, he answered, but was very accusatory towards me, telling me my neglect of the air vent outside under the building is the problem and he doesn't perform that work. Let me remind you again, I know nothing about major appliances. A little kindness and guidance in the situation would have been appreciated.
