DeLong & Sons HVAC

My wife and I had Delong and Sons replace our entire HVAC system and install a tankless hot water heater. Justin and his team were amazing from the beginning to the end. Justin came out and quotes us a new system after ours has issues for the 3 time in 5 years. Justin explained the options for replacement, what made him different than everyone else and answered all questions and follow ups with great care and with out ever trying to sell me anything. He put us at ease and truly wanted to make our house comfortable for my entire family. When the install happened his techs were true professionals, and did fantastic job of installing the system with care and making the job look clean and professional afterwards. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I am beyond impres

Straight to the point and answered all my questions when needed! Crew showed up and got right to it. We just moved here in April and wanted to get rid of very ancient oil system. Loving the instant hot water with the combi boiler system! The whole crew was friendly. Only thing I can really provide as constructive criticism is I guess gas line placement going into the house. It was cleanly done but I hoping it would be straight down and if that was not possible I feel that should of been communicated. Everything else was phenomenal and will definitely have Delong & Sons do all future comfort upgrades with Cooling already in my mind! Added before picture was very old oil heat system and new beautiful Navien Combi Boiler!

Delong and Sons are prompt ,courteous and professional. I had issues with my heating system that kept shutting off several times. Every time I called them, they managed to come out on the same day. Absolutely amazing.

I'm very happy with the quick service we received. I called on Thursday morning because our heater went down the night before and they came out that afternoon. Very quick diagnosis of what was wrong and very quick to fix the problem. I have never used DeLongs before, but we definitely call them again for any future service or maintenance needs. Thank you!
