Had them for four years now. Never had an issue, they fill up our tank on automatic refill. We had excellent service with Joe when deciding to upgrade our furnace and AC unit. Everyone who’s come to the house to service units and put in the new ones were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves

A terrible company to do business with. I was home for a month after foot surgery. There was a knock on my door and it was a technician from Santilli Oil stating he was there to perform yearly maintenance on my furnace. I told him I didn't call to set up an appointment yet. He said that they come when they have the time. I told him that this is unacceptable. I will call to set-up an appointment. Who shows up at your door in the middle of the day to clean your furnace without an appointment? Luckily, I was home from work. Very rude people to deal with. We paid for a Maintainance Agreement, but when an expensive part failed, they stated that it was not part of the Maintenance Agreement. We told them that it was covered by previous oil suppliers that we had Maintenance Agreements w

I can see why they dont even have 4 stars. I just bought a new home and a month later run out of oil on a Saturday. The man that called me back was very rude. Also told me they couldn’t help me because of “paper work” For real? Told me they also need to run my credit. I told him I would pay cash I have kids here who are cold. He lied and said they dont have a truck that can come to me when the lady who connected me with him said the opposite. So I called Werleys they were here in an hour and I gave them cash and they were very grateful for the business.

Times are very hard in the world. It makes me feel a lot better knowing their are people out there like Joe. He is so willing to help people and make sure you are satisfied with service. We have never had any issues with delivery not even in an ice storm. Joe is always available if you need to speak with him and fix an issue shall one arise. We had a new boiler installed and it wasn't an easy job in my old house. Joe,Jason, and, Rodney made it happen. I can't thank them enough. We have been customers for 7 years and will stay with them as long as they are around

If you pay in cash up front or have top-knotch credit- I'm sure the reviews of great customer service stand. If your credit is not far above the 700 line, don't waste your time. They will ask you questions as if you were a homeless person that can't pay bills. Would have just paid up front in cash, but they were asking some far demoralizing questions. I suggest FM Brown.
