It was such a pleasure to have Jackie as my service professional today. All of my concerns and questions were addressed and next steps implemented immediately. Jackie provided a great deal of education on how to maintain my home void of pests and gave me strategies to use. Beyond satisfied and impressed with her visit.

When I called I specified I wanted the wasp nests down and gone and that they needed to send a truck with a ladder. They did neither. They sent a tech out (I think his name was Darryl) who showed up with tags still on his shoes and his fly down. Darryl could've raised my home owner's insurance by recklessly falling on my property after not bringing a truck with a ladder. I can only imagine how many OSHA violations are in this picture - no PPE to protect him from the wasps or the potential for the liquid he was spraying to come back down on him. He literally drove onto my grass and stood on his vehicle and thought that was safe. I paid $350 for a clown to come to my property and spray the nests and leave, which was also an outrageous price. You're lucky I didn't call OSHA or the BBB. Never

We have the pleasure of having Thomas at our property every few months for preventative care. He is extremely kind, respectful, knowledgeable of the process, which makes us feel comfortable with what is being used to protect our home. Thomas does the little things, he knows our situations here, Great updates on how things are looking, Treats our home Respect and does a fantastic job All around. Give that man a raise.

Had another great result with the check for the disgusting mice. They did not touch the trap inside, but they really tackled the one outside- nice…head them off at the pass! There is not a trace of droppings anywhere in our house anymore, and that is a wonderful feeling. The rep that always comes out (I think his name is Dave- I should know it by now….but anyway, he is awesome. You can see that he likes his job , as he always has a great attitude and he’s knowledgeable , which is appreciated. I am so very happy that I made the switch from terminix to Orkin.

Eric Y. was our technician from ORKIN. Eric was exactly on time, very knowledgeable and thorough with the procedure. We learned a lot about insects and termites through Eric so who needs the discovery channel? :) Thank you Eric for the knowledge and pleasant interaction during the extermination!
