Last year we reached out Joe because he's an ISA Certified Arborist. Our dog, Pogo, had passed away and we decided to plant a Red Fox Katsura tree in our back yard to remember him by because the Red Fox has heart shaped leaves that matched Pogo's personality. Joe was fantastic, he helped us find the right tree, connected us to a nursery in Columbus that carried it, helped us identify good placement for it, and showed/taught us how to water it. His communication was excellent, and he was very professional. It being a memorial for our dog we wanted to make sure things went smoothly and we had more questions than one typically might.
