All their inspectors are licensed engineers and offer free engineering analysis during the inspection, which I was thrilled about! They are very thorough and give you the best service for the dollar. You can count on them to really find everything inside and out of your home. Kevin Fischer found several things wrong with a home I was looking to buy and thoroughly explained everything to me. I eventually backed out of the deal because of what Kevin found. He really saved me from that nightmare. Before I ever buy a house again, I am trusting Delta Inspections over anyone else. I have been a Realtor for 29 years and have used Delta Inspections many, many times for my clients. Kevin Fischer is always very thorough and top notch. He is an engineer by training. I just read a review someone posted 5 years ago that said they couldn't get through to someone at the office. Kevin's wife is his assistant and I believe that problem has been completely resolved. I think that he's the best inspector in the area and have never had a problem reaching him.
