Very worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Refused service because I asked for a courtesy call prior to their arrival on my property. After speaking to a female representative who put me on hold five times to “ask her supervisor“ I had the chance to speak to a very rude man who claimed to be the supervisor, I asked if he treated all military veterans like so and why ther was miscommunication. After a brief conversation he told me to find another oil company to do business with because they don’t do courtesy calls. I have found another oil company and if you’re reading this, I suggest you do yourself a favor and follow the supervisors instructions; find another company to do business with. Oh, and Delta oil charges $.50 more per gallon than the company I found.

I was a new customer with a request for oil service, there was a rude rep name Elizabeth whom called me at the end of business to ask me if I wanted to set up service for the next day. She told me the driver which called from an unknown, and because I did not pick up and when returning back the call to him he did not answer his phone. She was so rude and did not nor was not willing to hear me as a new customer; I even called back to the company to see why the long delay of service hours before she called me and they said the driver was on his way. I DO NOT recommend this company for oil service, because they don't care about their customer. "Shame on YOU Elizabeth for such bad service"
