My daughter and her housemates ran out of fuel on a Sunday night during the snowstorm. We live in NJ so there was little we could do. Sal immediately went over to give enough fuel so the girls had heat for the night until he could get there with trucks. Kindness and service! Thank you Sal!

Sal was a good guy he worked hard installed 2 bran new HVAC systems for me last summer for over 20,000. At the end of last year one ac was acting funny he came back to refill it no charge that was great. This summer the same unit has failed and doesn't run. I called about that and to have him do the 1st year service for the furnaces. For approximately 2 weeks now I can't get a phone call returned, I can get a response from text but then no follow up on setting up a time to come out. I am highly disappointed that within 1 year of install the same unit has failed twice and the installer of the product doesn't seem to want to stand behind his own work, or look to see if it is a damaged machine covered under a warranty. Sal the owner, is by far the best oil man I've had in the 45 yrs, of living in North Haven. He is very fair and responds to you promptly and explains things to you. The honesty and piece of mind he offers is priceless.
