What a wonderful experience my husband and I had working with the fantastic team at Step N Rail. We started with an idea of having a gate in the shape of a tree of life. They exceeded my expectations and delivered not only in solid structure but is also artistically and aesthetically beautiful. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Absolutely horrendous experience with Deluxe Step and Rail. I was threatened and harassed by an employee from this company. The employee yelled profanities at me and tried to fight me. I had to leave the situation or it would have escalated. I also spoke to the superintendent of the company and he was very disrespectful and rude to me as well. He believed nothing of what I said or told him. He obviously has no clue on what kind of employees he hired or has working for him. I hope everyone finds this review helpful as I don’t know any business that would go to this extreme. Absolutely unprofessional and no respect for anyone or anything. I’m very surprised this business is even up and running. That worker deserves to be fired and a police report filed against him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINE
