A treasure in Tukwila! Wonderful staff and curated selection of flooring options. I was wavering between laminated and tiles to replace my water-damaged wood floors when my contractor suggested we stop by DeMar. Wow! Not only did they have wonderful quality products, but they were also thoughtful about the underlayments that are a critical feature of floors for a condo. Found exactly what I was looking for - highly recommend, with a shout out to Ramona Jagger!!

After months of searching for the right hardwood, I found DeMar. I called and spoke with Destry, who recommended a few different independent contractors who could help with install. After finding the best contractors based on our needs, we went in to find flooring. We were greeted by Destry who took the time to understand what our short term and long term renovation goals were before walking us through the store and recommending different products we might want to explore. We were given space and time to explore at our leisure, with Destry a few steps away for any questions that arose. And Destry was incredibly patient when we were placing our order and contemplated changing out one of the items.
