Demolition Man Inc

In March 2023 my client experienced a whole-house total loss fire. By September 2023 we had an approved Demo Permit for the City of Bellevue. After talking with other less-than-honest demo-contractors we had the good fortune to find The Demolition Man, Inc, owner by John McFarlan. In September 2023 this company demolished the fire damaged home, then returned in September 2024 to remove the foundations to make way for a replacement new home. John McFarland Company did a really good job for us. It was clean and efficient. I would highly recommend the Demolition Man without hesitation. A. This crew has been working right outside our home demoing for an "environmental education center." The very first thing they did was pour the wrong gravel -- it was MUCH too big. As they started dumping, everyone on site started screaming about it, but they didn't stop. To correct their mistake, they've been repeatedly smashing and rolling over the big rocks with an old, gas-guzzling backhoe for almost two weeks now. Because of the age/maintenance of the backhoe in question, it does not run as cleanly or as quietly as those new fancy backhoes you might be thinking of. Besides wasting gas, time, and money in the name of the environment, the smashing and driving / smashing and driving has shaken our home's entire foundation. It feels like a war zone.
