It has worked fine for the time I’ve owned the trailer. I picked up the camper in early August and didn’t get to do much camping in it until October. I read the reviews which were concerning but I’ve been careful to use the unit per the instructions..

We purchased the largest 120VAC window unit we could find at Menards. We have a newly built modular home and didn't order central air conditioning. I got a quote from a local HVAC company over $7k to add it. This window unit keeps the main living area comfortable. Love the ti.et function as we have older pets and on warmer days, have concerns for their wellbeing and comfort. I've recommended your product to others I've seen looking at other brands in different stores.

DO NOT BUY THESE! READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! These air conditioners cool well, HOWEVER, the reason for all of the issues is the circuit board that is behind the control panel is in an unsealed, poorly made plastic case that allows condensation to accumulate and that obviously corrodes the heck out of everything inside. Furthermore, if they would simply have a place to buy parts for this Chinese junk (which they don’t) it would maybe take a little of the pain away from buying a brand new a/c unit that only lasts a year. Most people don’t realize how cheap circuit boards are to make, I do, and it’s infuriating that they can’t just offer a cheap, simple solution on an easy to navigate website. This could be a 15 min fix for an average home owner and they could easily avoid all of the 1 star rev

Very straight forward installation instructions. The only help I needed was hanging the indoor unit on brackets. Unit installed in northern Minnesota and has been in use for one month. With a average outside temp at 43 degrees kwh usage at 50% of original base board heating installed in home. I look forward to seeing how the unit will work when it gets cold

we purchased the 24000 btu to cool our downstairs, we don't have central air and after 20 our other one died. this one installed fairly easily, cooled real quick and has kept up with the weird temps we've experienced this year. our only wish is the indicator lights would stay on. once we've set it or had to change the setting, after a short bit, the display goes blank. it doesn't effect the operation of the unit, we just don't have the convenience of glancing at it seeing how it's set and the remote doesn't have an option to have the light stay on.
