Alex was truly amazing and left no stone unturned before having to do some pretty major pipework on the overhead sewer line in the basement in our old Oak Park home. And he did a beautiful and careful job at that.

Had a blockage in my kitchen sink and reached out to Rooter Plumbing & Sewer. They returned my call promptly and made an appointment the following day. They were right on time. He spent quite a bit of time working on the blockage but got it! He explained things thoroughly to me, very friendly, and cleaned up afterwards. Will keep their name and number and use again.
