Denison Parking

On 12/13/2025 around 3:15 pm, two Black male parking attendants were working in front of the JCPenney lifts. My friend was driving and mistakenly passed the ticket booth slightly, thinking it was like the North Garage where the ticket is inside. She stopped just before the lift when I told her to. We apologized, explaining that we didn’t intend to bypass paying and that our car window couldn’t roll down, so we had to get out to grab the ticket due to narrow space. Half the car passed the ticket booth, not the whole vehicle. One male staff member asked if this was my friend's first time, which confused us why this question was relevant but she did say she is new to the area. Even though we haven't used the parking lot, our credit card has been charged for the past three months. They won't cancel it. We've called dozens of times, but we haven't been able to cancel it. I haven't been in the parking lot for three months because I no longer work there. They don't even deserve a star…!

Lifts are constantly broken. I’ve been paying to park in this lot for 5 years, and again today the gate wouldn’t open so I called for assistance and got an employee refused to come help, telling me to “deal with it” and then he hung up and refused to answer the emergency help line to assist. This was Sunday 6/1 at 540pm.

I went to office there is Spanish/ white old Lady said Monthly Discount not Hourly, i am very very upset about her behavior too , And i searched now it’s showing people of Jersey City can get $2 Discount Hourly

Horrible experience. Parking attendent did not allow me to park my motorcycle, even when I was willing to pay same amount as car. Day and time: 27th October 2024, 12:15 noonish. He was not nice to talk to as well. Ruined my day. Even when it was self park, he bothered enough to come and stop me.
