Ben and his team completed an amazing kitchen remodel for us. Every member of the team was professional and easy to work with. Ben provided clear layout of the project plans anticipated steps/stages. He remained accessible through the entire process and was always prompt to communicate back. Any small changes I wanted to make were adjusted for easily and Ben was always upfront about any price changes from estimate prior to changes made. The DCS team was thorough and diligent throughout and produced a wonderful end product with excellent attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend the team any more highly.

I manage The Cannery Lofts, in downtown Dayton, and have been working with Denlinger Construction on a retail buildout for the past several months. It’s been nothing short of a positive experience, which is rare in the world of construction. I’ve mainly worked with Ben, who’s awesome. In addition to being an expert in his field, he’s pretty funny too. Denlinger’s work has been clean and fast. I have not had any issues with clean-up after they finish for the day, and their employees are respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous.
