They were able to have a dishwasher technician out to my house within a day - great response time. Ruslan seemed knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the leak. He had the part in his vehicle and was able to fix it right away. Within a little over an hour the machine was hooked up and running. Labor cost was fairly high compared to typical Denver rates, so be aware of this when you hire them. But service was good.

Michael did an amazing job on fixing our dishwasher. He is very kind and polite and took the time to explain what was wrong with our dishwasher and what to do moving forward to not have problems again. He came out quickly to assess the issue, the got parts quickly, and our dishwasher works again. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Vlad was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick! He diagnosed and repaired our washer in far less time than I expected, and gave some good tips on how best to use the washer to avoid further damage. He was also clean and courteous. Great work.

On 06/04/2025, AIM Properties hired Denver Appliance Pros to repair a microwave unit needing a control board. We were charged $679.84 upfront for the part and service. We were later informed the unit was repaired. In September 2025, our tenant advised the repair was incomplete. Upon contacting Denver Appliance Pros, we were told the job was complete, but later informed a technician had been fired and someone would complete the job on 09/10/25. This follow-up service was never performed. We have since called five times to request a refund due to the timeframe, misrepresentation of service completion, and inconsistency. As of today, 12/18/2025, no resolution or refund has been provided. To resolve this issue, we request a full refund of $679.84 for the incomplete service.
