The recycling men are the problem. They refuse to pick up the recycling which is placed properly behind my house in the ally. I have lived here for over a year. The recycling clean up crew, who has picked up because the primary crew will not, have picked up the recycling at least five times. Do you want me to recycle? I have complained through emails so my complaints are documented. I'm trying to do my civic duty. It will end up in the trash. That's not fair to the trash people. But apparently they don't give a damn. The only house that still has the recycling behind the it. I know they were in the neighborhood. They refuse. They are the worst.
