I got there last night and was turned away because "We Don't Washout Reefer Trailers" which is really funny because our Fleet, Crete Carriers and Shaffer Trucking has a national account. I think if the woman behind the counter would have put her cigarette down long enough to actually check, she'd have seen that she was 100% wrong. I also feel like her and her helper simply wanted to go home for the night.

They do a good job washing tankers here and they keep the line moving, but unfortunately there's 1 food grade bay and 1 non-food grade bay, so you're gonna wait.

Web site says there open. Also says there open 7am to 12 (noon) on Saturday's. Dispatch told me there from 8am to noon today either way they should be here. I've been sitting here sense 715am this morning and still there no sign of life and it's now 844am. Let's get with the program either your open or your not.

The where quick and efficient in what they do. However, we had a very specific issue that we needed their assistance with. We told them if our specific issue and they said no problem they got it. We they performed their service, we went to get loaded and our trailer was rejected. Came back told them they said they would take care of it, of course charging us again, next day rejected again for loading. So okay if it is an easy job to be done
