Depot Connect International (Quala)

Prime sent me here to get a wash out. The service reps weren’t friendly and the pressure washer to clean out my trailer was frozen. Had to leave and find another place to get the job done.

The yard is a bit tricky and kind of cratery but the staff are phenomenal. Very polite, courteous, and helpful. Inside driver facilities are clean and orderly. Very well maintained.

The usual crowded Quala lot, but the staff were extremely kind and helpful. When I needed to crawl under my trailer to fix something, for instance, one of the staff lent me one of their work shirts so that I didn't get mine dirty. They have a drivers lounge and shower too, which were much-appreciated.

Absolutely the most horrible tank wash Quala has. I waited over 21hrs for them to simply wash my trailer. They told me they would wash it first thing in the morning at 0400. It wasn’t done until 12:30. Unacceptable 100%

I spent 5 days there waiting for a trailer wash. The check-in lady lost my paperwork with trailer and my contact info. She said I left the facility, yet we spoke everyday (except Sat & Sunday because she wasn't there)in the office. I never left yard. Worst wash out so far. You need to micromanage them. Even after I complained Monday about the situation, they still were washing trailers out who just got there ahead of me for hours. I had to make a scene just to get washed out. Stay away, if possible. I'm turning any loads down from that area from now on. Thursday-Monday wasted because of their incompetence to do their job.
