He kindly and patiently answered all my questions and quickly calculated the price to add blown-in insulation and a barrier guard to my existing house. Upon request he promptly scheduled my job and his men showed up on time and without muss and fuss completed the job. The work site was cleaned up perfectly. Most important, my house in Madeira Beach has been cooler during these past hot months. It's nice to know that there are still contractors who do a good job at a fair price. I highly recommend James Derusha.

One Saturday afternoon in early April, I was calling around looking for information about insulation. I was trying to find a quick fix with the right products & an overall good solution for keeping an older home as cool as possible. Tree work had previously been done to remove hazardous limbs hanging directly over the house, so we lost the canopy of shade the tree provided for the roof when it was cut back.
